Tuina - Traditional Chinese massage

Tuina is the traditional Chinese massage. It is one of the 5 branches of Chinese medicine. It uses the meridians and acupuncture points of the body to directly affect energy (Qi) by dispersing it, toning or stimulating, with the aim of rebalancing and circulating energies.

The Tuina is a rather dynamic massage. The objective is to act on the circulation of energy, liquids and blood, to release stagnation and tensions both physical and emotional. One of the advantages of Tuina is its ability to help relieve a specific problem, including chronic pain from muscles or joints such as arthritis, sciatica, muscle spasm, back pain, shoulder or neck. It can also help fight, among other things, against insomnia, constipation, headache and migraines as well as tensions linked to stress.

It is practiced on the table, oil-free, with flexible and comfortable clothing.
